Rates

Due to our high volume of repeat guests (to whom we give priority on future bookings) we strongly recommend making your reservation as early as possible. We are usually fully booked for the summer by May each year.

Note: ONE (1)WEEK MINIMUM bookings preferred in high season.

We now take Visa or MasterCard although we prefer personal cheques, cash, Visa cheques or MasterCard cheques. The 2% charged by Visa or MasterCard will be charged back to you on any amount paid by credit card.

Pets are usually not allowed except in special circumstances and agreed to in advance by the owners. Otherwise, nearby kennels must be arranged (we can assist with the arrangements).

Notes:

1. All rates quoted in Canadian Dollars

2. Rates quoted assume maximum occupancy for 2-bedroom cottage at 4 persons and for 3-bedroom cottage at 6 persons. Additional persons (to maximum 6 persons for 2-bedroom cottage or 8 persons for 3-bedroom cottage) will each be charged at rate of $10/day/person or $70/week/person + taxes.

Taxes are 5% GST plus 10% PST.

3. Weddings, Family Reunions and Special Events - Rates dependant upon event, # of cottages required, length of stay and time of year.

Policies:

1. Deposits (minimum $100) are required on all bookings greater than one night in length. Deposits for weekly bookings are $250/week/cottage. Deposits refunded only if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before first date reserved.

2. First Come First Served – Prior year’s guests are entitled to priority.

3. First Come First Served – Other guests - We take the bookings in the order they are made.

4. Recycling and Composting – PEI is the greenest province in Canada. We reuse and recycle as much as possible. All cottages have instructions posted on the walls and separate recycling bins for paper and cardboard, plastics, cans and bottles and compost.

5. Parents are responsible at all times for supervision of their children.
